High School Diploma Program

AUSTC offers an Immediate High School Diploma to Adults over 18 years of age who previously attended traditional schools up to grade 10 and can successfully pass the exams. Adults who could not complete high school education and are interested in joining AUSTC Undergraduate Degree Programs may participate in this program to get a recognized high school diploma and qualify for admission. No classes, you only need to pass the exams and may re-test until you pass. Free retesting at AUSTC campus or designated testing locations.

HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD I ATTEND?

None if you are ready to set for exam or you may select to attend preparing classes if you need them, your grading is based on your test scores. They tell us the amount of knowledge you have gained from everyday living and real life experiences related to required subjects.

WHAT'S ON THE TEST?

You will be tested for basic skills in reading, practical math and other everyday abilities needed for graduation from a private high school in California.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'LL PASS?

You first complete a pre-assessment practice test to predict (with 97% accuracy) your likelihood of passing the full test. Passing the practice test qualifies you for our exclusive PASS OR RE-TEST FREE offer. Every High School Diploma candidate who passes the initial pre-assessment, but does not pass all of the complete assessment testing, will be re-tested in the failed subject only and that shall be free of charge.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PASS CERTAIN SUBJECTS?

You can RE-TEST FREE in any subject you don't pass.

HAVE I BEEN OUT OF SCHOOL TOO LONG?

No. Some of our assessment students have been out of school for five, ten and even fifty years. It's never too LATE to GRADUATE!

CAN I GET THIS DIPLOMA IF I WENT TO SCHOOL OUTSIDE THE  U.S.A.?

Yes, you can if you provide a transcript verifying your completion of high school through the 10th grade (110 credits or more) in the U.S.A. or an equivalent schooling.

IS IT A GED WITH A FANCY NAME?

No, it's not a GED. It is an American High School Diploma issued from AUSTC after satisfying all of adult education requirements and is granted only to those who actually attended schools up to grade (10) but did not pass the high school exit exam for a reason or another and left schools since then, while GED is a national exam that grants a high school equivalent certificate without any previous school attendance.

WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF A TRANSCRIPT?

A certificate is not enough. There is an increasing demand from schools and employers for a detailed transcript to document passing grades and grade point average for all subjects required for graduation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY DIPLOMA?

Your diploma will be processed the next school day following your successful completion of the program.
